Meringue Cases with Cream, Kiwi Fruit, Bananas and Passionfruit

Serves 4; Prep: 10 mins; Nutrition Value: Vitamin C and gluten free

Ingredients:
4 meringue cases
300ml whipping cream
2 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
2 bananas, peeled and sliced
1 passionfruit, pulp removed

Method:
Place the meringue cases onto serving plates.
Lightly whip the cream with the sugar and vanilla, leaving a little movement in the cream.
Pile this into and on top of the cases.
Combine the fruit and pile this on top of the cases and cream.
Serve at once.
